Jon's true passion is small business and he has a knack for understanding the
success and frustration experienced in running your own business. So, he decided to share
that knowledge with others who have not quite gotten there yet, or are too new to have experienced
it. Jon realizes the entrepreneur or person starting a small business takes on an enormous amount of risk, and
may need some help in making their business a success.

Knowing you need to spend your revenue on a wide variety of things is more important than
telling a new business they need to spend all of it on one area. Jon wants to be known more for
watching a business succeed rather than seeing it waste all of its revenue on a single, specific area.
Jon's consulting career spans a local, national and international focus as he follows
consulting principles that promote a world without boundaries in today's global marketplace.
Being a sounding board to the small business owner looking to make it big, provides a sense
of familiarity and comfort level in achieving their goals without second guessing themselves.
Jon grew up in Omaha and graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1994. His family
owned and operated many successful Omaha restaurants, but Jon's true talent eventually pulled him
towards business and out of the food industry.
Jon has served on various boards, but none no prouder than the Heart Center located on the
Sacred Heart Campus in North Omaha. He is also inspired on a daily basis through his four
children, Cole, Zach, Karly and Aidan.
