He was retained as a consultant to expand the companys
existing $1.6 million national holiday division. This
was done by extensive sales training and an aggressive
marketing program. By the end of his short, two- year
tenure, the holiday division revenues exceeded $7 million.
This holiday program Jeff developed for the interior
plantscape division was subsequently rolled out to the
exterior division to over 250 sales professionals.
Utilizing the nationwide network, a national holiday
sales force was created for holiday sales. For this,
a national installation crew was created. Unique to
this industry they were responsible for design, installation,
removal and storage. Over 150 projects were completed
