Jeff Zindel has owned various businesses for eighteen
years, including The Potting Shed, Livingreen Interiors
and Livingreen Outdoors. He has also had the opportunity
to work in the corporate world with ServiceMaster. He
has started businesses from their inception and has
purchased existing businesses. He currently owns a national
inbound telemarketing company and a business to business
answering service, Accurate Communications in Omaha,
Nebraska.

Jon Firmature holds a strong background in human resources, business development, retail sales, and Internet commerce and social networking.
Jon's core expertise was built on a solid HR foundation. Jon has practiced in all areas of compensation design, with a focus on applicant screening / background checks, base pay, and incentive development for all employee groups. He has developed, enhanced, and supported small to mid-size business practices in the areas of compensation, bonus / incentives, employee policies, payroll, HRIS, web development, process improvements, and other critical HR management elements.
Jon has developed competency and team-based work designs and information systems that support management’s vision and direction.
He holds a Bachelor of Psychology degree from the University of Nebraska in Omaha (1994). Jon also has been certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).

During his years in the software industry, Jon’s knowledge of Internet commerce helped boost the company’s online sales and web presence by overseeing the addition of new products, affiliate partnerships and retail channel services.
